The parsley does not have high calories, but it is exclusively abundant in minerals and vitamins, so it is one of the healthiest and the most curative herbs. The leaves of parsley are rich in vitamins contents, primarily vitamin C, vitamins of the B group, it even contains the rare vitamin B12. This herb is a natural treasure of many minerals, half the content of minerals belongs to potassium, which is a key mineral necessary for the health of the body, and the other half is composed of other beneficial minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium and others.
