In Staravina there were old vineyards, the area was a convenient location for a vineyard.
The grapes have been processed in wine in natural stones.
In fact stones have been carved, made in a form of beds, and stones made for wine extracting. Mostly old vineyards, old wine. Hence the name of Staravina.
Bottles with old wine could be found even today.
